If you no longer wish for a user to have access to a property, you can remove users from properties just as easily as you can add them.
How to remove users:
- Log into Portal.
- Go to the Properties tab.
- Search for the property in question.
- Open the property page.
- Click the Edit button in the top right of the page.
- Scroll down to the list of currently associated users.
- Each associated user’s email will be listed.
- Click the x beside the email you need to remove.
- Click Submit.
