The Rhino Portal is how you and your team can stay up to date on all things Rhino. It’s important that each of you has access to the information that you need.
How to invite a team member to the Rhino Portal:
- Submit a help ticket to our support team, or contact your Partner Success Manager.
- Provide the email addresses of the users who will need access to Portal.
- Specify which properties the user should be added to.
- Our team will add the users, and they will receive an email, welcoming them to Portal.
Note: You can also create a Portal login for a team members when you upload new properties.
