Invitations sent to renters can be edited until the renter completes enrollment. If an invitation contains incorrect information follow the steps below.
How to edit an invitation:
- Log into your Rhino Portal.
- Open the menu in the top left corner of the page.
- Select the Invitations tab.
- Search the email address of the renter in question.
- Click the purple Edit button on the right of the invitation.
- Replace the incorrect information.
- Click Submit.
- The renter will receive the updated invitation to their renter dashboard.
