Please note this is for partners who have elected to have cash deposit funds held in Rhino accounts.
- Log into the Rhino portal and navigate to the deposits tab.
- Locate the cash deposit you’d like to withhold from before closing out and click the “Withhold Funds” button
- You’ll select Withhold Funds again in the pop-up window and input the amount you’d like to withhold and the Reason for the withholding which will be shared with the renter via email.
- Once the necessary information Is added for your withholding, click the Withhold Funds button.
- Once all withholdings are submitted, click the Close Deposit button to notify the renter of any balance that may be available for them to withdraw.
- In order to withdraw the funds you’ve withheld, navigate to the “Deposit Funds” tab. This page will provide you with a summary of your total funds available for you to withdraw along with any bank accounts you may have saved to the system.
- Click the “Withdraw Funds” button and select Add Bank Account from the drop-down on the top right-hand side of your screen to add your bank account details. This will allow you to input the necessary details for the bank account you’d like your withdrawal to be sent to. This bank account will also be saved to your account to make this process even easier for you in the future!
Once your banking information is added, you’ll click on that same “Withdraw funds” button again and select your newly added bank account from the drop-down menu. You’ll then input the amount you’d like to withdraw in the next field.
Once you’ve done that you’ll need to submit your withdrawal by clicking the “Submit Withdrawal” button. A summary of your withdrawal will now populate on the left-hand side of the screen and your funds will arrive in your account in about 1-3 days.

All the information here is so useless. You guys need to update this system it’s terribly outdated and poor!!
