Your renters have the option to request to cancel their Rhino policy in a couple of situations such as moving out early, let’s review how you can manage these requests.
Step 1

You are notified via email of the cancellation request
Step 3
You log in to the Rhino portal and approve or deny the renter's cancellation request
Pro tip: The filters in the policy tab of the Rhino policy allow you to filter for policies that have an active cancellation request.
If a cancellation request is not actioned in 7 business days the policy will automatically cancel. Please make sure you’re staying on top of your cancellation requests to ensure you have the coverage you need.
