Rhino policies can be renewed if the renter intends to renew their lease. As early as 90 days before their “Lease End Date” the renter will be able to renew their policy.
Most Rhino policies will renew, automatically, 15 days before the “Lease End Date” listed on the policy.
Policies that are late on premium payments, or have had claims filed on them, will not auto-renew.
Renters will need to pay off their balance with Rhino before their current policy can be renewed. If the policy cannot be renewed and expires, the renter will need to complete a new enrollment.
Renewing a renter’s policy that does not auto-renew and has not expired:
Renters will need to renew their coverage from their renter dashboard manually. Rhino admins cannot renew a policy for a renter.
If a renter has not renewed their policy, contact them, and notify them to log into their renter dashboard.
- From their renter dashboard they can select the option to Renew Coverage.
- Payment will be taken at the time the renter renews coverage
